A press briefing regarding the upcoming year of the IMF Český Krumlov took place on Tuesday 21st May. The festival president Jaromír Boháč announced that the management of the IMF ČK decided to cancel the performances of the group Take 6 and of the violinist Maxim Vengerov as the festival did not receive state financial support for this year. A substitute program for 3rd August and 17th August is currently being negotiated.

Viewers who have already purchased tickets may decide whether to keep the tickets or ask for a refund after the substitute program is announced.
