The tickets to the cancelled concerts may be returned at the Ticketstream point of sale where they were purchased. In the case of tickets purchased online, please send the evidence of payment and the order reference number to the e-mail address refund@ticketstream.cz.

 

The following concerts have been cancelled: James Morrison and the Gustav Brom Czech Radio Big Band (8/8/2015) and the closing gala concert Slovak Opera Stars (15/8/2015).

 

The concert of the laureates of international competitions (ARD Munich, Prague Spring) which should have been held on 7/8/2015 was also cancelled. However, we can offer the concert of the musical ensemble Musica Florea with countertenor Roger Isaac to all those who have already purchased the tickets for the cancelled concert at the same price. Please confirm your interest by sending an e-mail to Zdena Srpová to the address srpova@auviex.cz. If you are not interested in the substitute concert, you may return the tickets according to the instructions above.  

 

The concert of oboist Vilém Veverka and harpist Kateřina Englichová, originally planned for 13/8/2015, is still under consideration and might be rescheduled to 5/8/2015. We will inform you about further developments. If you wish to return the tickets, it is possible to do so through Ticketstream according to the instructions above.
